Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed or be in the final year of the requisite Engineering Degree (B.E/B.Tech) course.
- Candidates pursuing M.Sc in notified equivalent streams are also eligible.
- Final-year students must submit proof of passing by 01 July 2026.
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2026):
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 27 Years
- Candidates must be born between 01 July 1999 and 30 June 2006 (both dates inclusive).
Salary and Pay Scale
The Indian Army offers an attractive pay structure. The pay scale for a Lieutenant starts at Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500). Additional benefits include Military Service Pay (MSP) of ₹15,500, Dearness Allowance, and other allowances.
